From the Rust Belt to Designer Retreat
Most travelers from don't expect to find world-class architecture tucked away in the Kentucky woods.
In 2019, this project was just a dream about a small treehouse.
That morphed into something much bigger when we found this 8-acre slice of forest in Beattyville, KY.
Couple that with eight massive, industrial grain silos coming available at the same time we had a perfect setup to do the impossible: transform them into six high-end, designer vacation rentals.
We cleared the debris, protected all of the ancient rock formations, and engineered a way for you to live amongst the peace that this community brings. This isn't just a place to sleep; it’s a story you’ll tell long after you fly home.

Elevated Living (Literally)
In a region famous for its massive sandstone arches and prehistoric cliffs, we didn't want to level the land—we wanted to rise above it. Each silo house is perched on massive 40' to 60' base, lifting you into the canopy. Imagine waking up to the rolling Kentucky mist, stepping out of a curved steel wall onto a deck that feels like it’s floating in the trees, and hearing nothing but the rustle of the leaves and the distant sound of a nearby creek.
